Montigo Rim deal with the beauty and complexity of the human emotional world. The lyrics of the soulband tell stories of growing up, of self-determination and the everyday challenges of life.
The singers of the band have already been on stage together with greats like Kat Frankie, Zoe Wees, Bosse and Sarah Connor. Montigo Rim is the musical passion for soul and jazz that drives the seven musicians alongside their professional music careers.
The Berlin live band's high-energy sound features polyphonic lead vocals, virtuoso saxophone passages and groovy live arrangements. Their repertoire consists of original compositions, as well as songs from various genres with a soul twist. The rousing live show moves with soulful, upbeat pop songs to contemporary R&B jazz ballads. Driven by a wide range of musical and artistic influences, Montigo Rim is leaving their audience drowning in a pool of buzzing excitement and bittersweet sentiment.
